SO, here is a great cheap and easy” Iced Mocha Frappe’ recipe .  I substitute skim milk, skip the blender and just pour over ice.   Enjoy!  Coffee.. so many ways to enjoy it, no matter what the temperature is outside.  Click HERE for the printed recipe.


Here’s my lower fat version:  
1/3 cup(s) cold strong brewed coffee

1/3 cup(s) skim milk
1 tablespoon(s) chocolate syrup
Sugar or Splenda to sweeten 
Serve over ice! Yum!!!
