Shhh….. this was the most simple and successful gift idea. And, it was inexpensive too! Did I mention how much fun I had with this project. I feel like I cheated. It’s like buying a frozen lasagna and calling it my own. Well, this is like making my own body bath scrub except I didn’t make it… I bought it! Shh….
I have seen lots of homemade body scrubs and I had every intention of making my own. I really did. Here is my partial list I had created before I started this project:
- 1/4 cup (55g) Sea Salt or Epsom Salt
- 5 drops Peppermint essential oil
But, when I saw a prepackaged scented Epsom salts at Target I thought…. who says I have to make my own? I purchased 1 bag of Dr. Teal’s Epsom Salt Soaking Solution with Eucalyptus Spearmint. It smells so good. I put these together in my craft/workout room and the room smelled fresh and I swear it cleared my head!
