Here’s my version of the adorable Lego sugar cookies. I first saw these over at Sweet Sugar Belle’s. Check out my version first because once you click over to her website you won’t be stopping by mine for cookie inspiration! From this view.. they really look like Lego’s!
I used a square cookie cutter and just eyeballed it to cut each square into a rectangle. I used a drop of royal icing to “glue” the Spring Collection of M and M candies!
